Comme cela n'a - toujours - pas \u00e9t\u00e9 d\u00e9termin\u00e9 sans ambigu\u00eft\u00e9, nous suivons la voie de la F\u00e9d\u00e9ration n\u00e9erlandaise de l'Industrie du Caoutchouc et du Plastique NRK.\u00a0<br \/><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><br \/>Pour d\u00e9finir le terme \"circularit\u00e9\", on suit souvent la th\u00e9orie de l'\u00c9chelle de Lansink. \u00b9<\/span><\/h5><h5>Le degr\u00e9 d'impact dans ce mod\u00e8le \u00e0 10 R est d\u00e9termin\u00e9 aux deux extr\u00eames par \"Refuser\" (ne pas construire) et \"R\u00e9cup\u00e9rer\" (valorisation \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique). Apr\u00e8s avoir m\u00e9lang\u00e9 ces mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res, on obtient un m\u00e9lange plastique qui est transform\u00e9 en membranes par une technique d'extrusion. Ces rouleaux sont ensuite vulcanis\u00e9s, apr\u00e8s quoi on parle d'une membrane de toiture \u00e9lastom\u00e8re EPDM.\u00a0<\/span><\/h5><h5><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">La vulcanisation entra\u00eene une modification de la structure mol\u00e9culaire, \u00e0 la suite de laquelle un plastom\u00e8re devient un \u00e9lastom\u00e8re. Une technique normale que nous connaissons aussi, par exemple, dans l'industrie des pneumatiques.<\/span><\/h5><h5><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Ce processus d'inversion, de d\u00e9-vulcanisation, est la <b>forme ultime<\/b> de la <b>circularit\u00e9<\/b>. Ce proc\u00e9d\u00e9 permet de convertir une feuille d'EPDM existante (usag\u00e9e) en un nouveau plastom\u00e8re. Qui peut \u00eatre inclus comme un produit semi-fini dans le m\u00e9lange mentionn\u00e9 pr\u00e9c\u00e9demment.\u00a0<\/span><\/h5><h5><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Le r\u00e9sultat de cette <b>r\u00e9duction<\/b>, est que moins de mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res doivent \u00eatre trait\u00e9es dans la production d'un nouveau rev\u00eatement \u00e9lastom\u00e8re.<\/span><\/h5>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-261cee9 elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"261cee9\" data-element_type=\"section\" data-e-type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-feddf91\" data-id=\"feddf91\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-3382bf6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"3382bf6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h1 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">REDUCTION - Proc\u00e9d\u00e9 de pyrolyse EPDM<\/h1>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-9f73728 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"9f73728\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h5>Le <strong>bureau d'\u00e9tudes et de conseil ind\u00e9pendant<\/strong> Ingenia a \u00e9t\u00e9 charg\u00e9 par le VESP d'\u00e9tudier le traitement des flux r\u00e9siduels des toitures en EPDM. Au cours de ce processus, le mat\u00e9riau est chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 un maximum de 600\u00b0C, ce qui permet au mat\u00e9riau de s'\u00e9vaporer en partie sous forme gazeuse et de rester en partie sous forme solide. En r\u00e9sum\u00e9, le processus comprend les op\u00e9rations suivantes :<\/h5><ul><li><h5>Broyage des d\u00e9chets d'EPDM dans un broyeur.<\/h5><\/li><li><h5>Le mat\u00e9riau broy\u00e9 est chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 300-600\u00b0C dans un r\u00e9acteur.<\/h5><\/li><li><h5>Le courant de vapeur provenant de la d\u00e9polym\u00e9risation est refroidi pour obtenir une fraction d'huile.<\/h5><\/li><li><h5>La fraction solide du r\u00e9acteur est refroidie et stock\u00e9e apr\u00e8s la r\u00e9action de pyrolyse.<\/h5><\/li><\/ul><h5>Apr\u00e8s la pyrolyse, 64 % de la mati\u00e8re premi\u00e8re reste sous forme solide et le reste s'\u00e9vapore sous forme de gaz. <strong>La mati\u00e8re solide<\/strong> est constitu\u00e9e d'un mat\u00e9riau \u00e0 teneur relativement \u00e9lev\u00e9e en carbone et d'un mat\u00e9riau \u00e0 teneur relativement faible en hydrog\u00e8ne, ce qui entra\u00eene notamment la formation de\u00a0<strong><em>\"noir de carbone\"<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0ou de poudre de carbone.
